A prepaid shipping label is included in your package. Securely repackage your merchandise in the original box and include your packing slip in the shipment with your items to ensure your return is processed properly. You may drop your package off at any USPS Drop Box or USPS Store Location. Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed.
For your convenience, merchandise purchased at tmboutique.com can be returned in-store or mailed back to us within 15 days of purchase with an original receipt for full refund or, within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt for store credit or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase and will be credited back via store credit. If you have any questions at all, please call us during store hours at 732-842-5854 or email us at [email protected].

Intimates, beauty, books, candles, and sale items are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.

Yes! You may return items from more than one order together. Please make sure to include each packing slip or a copy of each order confirmation email in the return package.
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel an existing orders once it has been placed. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.
